We need to try to prevent the influx, or flow, of refugees from Northern Africa to Europe. And a good starting point, obviously, for that is to try to find better trade relations, to make conditions in Northern Africa better than than what they are right now. Finland, for instance, will increase its development aid to the region to try to alleviate transit.
